How would I keep the same 30% humidty the same, day and night???? and is it even possible????

Well, unless you're using extra lighting, your humidity shouldn't really change much.
That being said, 30% seems a little low. 40%-60% is more what you'd need for a corn. Since your humidity seems low, you can give your snake a humid hide during shedding (try a search to find out more about this), or mist the viv.
