having trouble

acessing the chat room. I get a screen that says about the new trial version but the applet never loads. What do I need to do?

What browser are you using? This works off of java applets, so your browser needs to be java capable. So far I know that webtv accounts will not be able to use the chat system. Any older Netscape browser may also have problems. All of the latest versions of current browsers should be OK.

I have internet explorer either 5.0 or 6.0. It does have java capabilities. I can access other chat rooms with no problems. I think i'm gonna try again and see what happens.
