I have been unable to find Flexwatt heat tape in my town. Where is the best (cheapest with cheapest shipping) to find it on the web? What would be the best width if I am using it as the sole source of heat for my cage? I already have a dimmer and cord to slice into- just need the tape- and why cant I just use smooth tooth alligator clips for the connections?
