Kal's an '05 impulse buy from my local pet store. He's beautiful, but he's a b@$&@^d. I had to put on my big boy pants for this photo session, and leave the yellow dishwashing glove in its drawer. He rewarded my bravery with a few closed-mouth strikes and a liberal musking. I don't take it personally that he hates me-- he hates himself too. If one part of him touches another part of him, he'll often strike at himself. He's one crazy hombre.

It's too bad the camera flash really washes out his color. He's much more lemony and purple-y in person.

He doesn't look that evil, no in the pics anyway! lol... I love that second one the way he's posing in the air while tasting himself - almost as if he's wondering if it might be worth biting himself just to see if he's changed flavors recently! lol

He's sooooo pretty. I do think yellow dishwashing gloves would have matched him nicely, as well as protected your delicate skin from caustic musk... :sidestep:

Lol, I hear ya' on the Cali 'tude... My male figured out the rubber gloves don't taste good and have no effect, so he'll swing up real quick and try to get me on the arm, the &^$^#^%! :grin01:

Thanks Nanci. But I don't appreciate that last statement. Didn't you get the memo? Comments about the daintiness or delicacy of my hands will no longer be tolerated! :grin01:

Yep, I recall that memo myself, and I even received notice that I was on the offical watch-list because of two previous incidents in which I referred to Dean's hands with such ladylike terms as dainty and delicate. So I'm on my best behavior now...
