How Cornsnakes.com Members Can Help People!

Well, an interesting title, now, i was thinking of Creating a new Youtube account, one that can help people with snakes, and maybe extend to more reptiles!

With youtube there are 1million+ members who alot of them may own and not fully understand how amazing these creatures are..

now with youtube you may not always get thousands of comments and ratings on your videos, but if i can help one person with reptiles i would be more then happy..

if any of you guys want to help me, please record some basic tutorials or general videos of your Snake(s) or reptiles!

Together we can help people learn more about how truly amazing the world of reptiles is..

I'm not trying to get people not to come here at cs.com because this is one of the most wonderful place's on the internet, i'm just trying to give one or two people who may not like reading massive threads a chance to learn that if basic knowledge of a animal is not known, the reptile could be in danger..

While this may be true, sites like YouTube, MySpace, etc... are too generalized to make an impact IMO.
The best way of acheiving the goal is to start at home.
Join a local herp society, or create one if it doesn't exist.
I say we all try to make THIS site the "place to be" for reptile info.
Spread the word!

OK...since you brought it up...Starting a local Herp Society is something that has often crossed my mind, however, I've never belonged to one, been to a meeting or anything. Any ideas or web links that might at least give me some general info on what would be required?
