These two didn't know how to do it the first time....maybe they did?

Anyway, after a little time they got it right and connected in that extra special way.

My goal with this breeding was to take my HUGE male SC Black Rat and put it with my Leucistic Black Rat to get a bunch of hets. I'm trying to outcross the blood of the Leucistic gene a little and I wanted to see if I could produce a HUGE leucistic black rat down the road. Last year I had a some problems with some of the hatchlings and I believe it to be because the leucistic black rats are fairly inbred so I thought I'd go out to WC blood. The black rat is every bit of 6 feet and probably bigger and has been an educational display at my old alma mater for a few years. Unfortunately for them but good for me, during the new renovations all the snakes had to leave and I adopted a few of them!

The male definitely knew what he was doing the first time. :sidestep:

Grats on the pairing!

Good luck with the pairing!

I'm facinated by the magical appearing, dissapearing, and appearing water bowl. :grin01:
