Ever pull off a really good April's Fool Day prank?
I've done a few good ones over the years.
Right now I have Lisa convinced the WWE tanked and won't be on TV tomorrow. :grin01:

Never really done one but LOVE hearing about what people have done to others or got done to them.

To make a short story long...

In school I worked with a guy whose entire world was his Mustang (if ya know what I mean). He pranked our boss that very morning and she asked me to retaliate.
I went down two doors for lunch at Einstein's Bagels. I had one of their employees call back with this story...
"Can I talk to the guy who owns the white Mustang please? Hi, I just got my hair cut at the Supercuts. On my way out I hit a white Mustang and dented the front left fender, and scraped the side for about six feet. I have no insurance and got scared and left. The ladies at Supercuts said the guy who owned the car worked at PetSupermarket. I'm really sorry I just want to make things right can we work something out?"
There was no answer. He put the phone down. We hung up and I went back to the shop. I saw Matt hurriedly walking toward the back. Of course, there was no damage. He knew it was a prank but didn't know who the perpetrator was.
Now his dad was a T. Rex. He called his dad and said and I quote, "Very funny old man! Nice joke!" He told his dad the goings on and then pulled the phone from his ear. T. Rex was furious.
He called every friend he had and received the same results. Finally, my boss couldn't contain herself and cracked up.
He didn't talk to me for two days. :grin01:

LOL. I know how guys and thier cars are! Thats one I may have to use on my son and the audi he just bought...It's his baby and wouldn't want anything to happen to it..thanks for the idea!

One of my favorite pranks is real easy to pull off.

Take a screenshot of the desktop. (shortcuts and all. close all open windows)
Hold alt and hit printscreen on most computers.
ex.

Now, open MSPaint. right click and paste.
Save this as a jpeg where you can find it.

Now, right click your desktop and change your background to that picture. Now, hide all of the shortcuts and folders that are on the desktop. I just stick them in a folder and stick that in my documents. You will want them back. Also, change the taskbar to auto hide. If the computer already uses autohide, unlock the taskbar and move it to the top. (left click hold with mouse and drag to the top of the screen.)

Now, sit back and watch as the prankee freaks out. Even restarting the computer wont help. Length of prank = prankee's computer knowledge. Works best on elderly and small childreen

LOL good prank. Some kids at my school put on a screenshot of a virus warning thing, it took the librarians a LONG time to figure it out.

Or, on old macs you can put a "sticky" on it and we did that to our teacher and she couldn't figure out what was wrong for a looooooooooong time.

I actually did that to my roommate today!

We have a tradition that every year I perform some sort of techie prank on her. I always fix it when she figures it out though. Last year I switched the directions in the program for her mouse, meaning the pointer went the opposite way you moved the mouse.

My favorite prank of all time: 2 years ago, I told my niece that squirrels are poisonous. :grin01: I got in a *lot* of trouble for it... but watching Hayley BOLT through the park was priceless.

You can do that but instead of just hiding all of their icons you can just go onto the task manegers and then to the processes tab then find Explorer.exe and end it, that wat they dont have their bottom menu or start menu or anything....
