it seemed that as soon as she held the snake in her hands it did a very impressive poo all over her new top ! AWSOME!

i was well proud of dilly the snake and gave him a tiny pinkie for a treat.


do snakes realise who is holding them?
do they recognise my sent imparticular?

I know my snakes definately come to recognize me as who I am. However they will always make sure before I handle them and flick their tongues at my hand. My leopard geckos similarly know who I am as they will lick my hand when I pick them up.

Both snake and leopard gecko seem to calm down to a near careless state once they realize who I am, however will become very excited and sometimes agitated when handled by someone they've never "smelled/tasted" before.

Nice story BTW, I hope your sister doesn't hate snakes for all they're worth now, we need fewer snake haters.
