Are we there yet?
On the 23rd, I got another female rat, Monica, to finish my colony. Apparently, Monica came to me while preggers, because on Saturday, she had three little babies.
It's a very small litter, but I expect that to pick up quite a bit. My roommate is going to keep the boy (second picture).
He looks like he's going to be brown or black. One of the lighter two went to Zeke today, and happily, broke his non-feeding streak.
Other than that, Hillary is pregnant, so I'm expecting her litter around May 15 (based on her weight gain and assumed breeding date). Good times.
