When I took out the fuzzie I was kind of shocked at the size..it was much bigger then I thought it would be..It was funny though and kind of cute..When I dropped it in her tank she bit into it immediately (I don't even think she realized it was a fuzzie.) but when she bit into it she did..lol..she spit it back out for a second..cocked her head in the cutest manner I've ever seen and then happily bit into it once more even harder this time and started to eat it up...It took her longer then it does for her to eat the pinkies but she looked quite content after eatting it so I think she was happy..I'm very happy as well, I'm happy she didn't refuse it at first..She is such a good girl when it comes to eatting..I'm warmed up the fuzzie by just putting it in warm/hot water for about 8 minutes (no plastic baggie)...so it was pretty wet when she ate it..but I think that helped it slide down a little better..Well just wanted to spread the good news that Maize is now up to fuzzies :0) :cheers:

How old/big is she?
I was told by another member I coupld probably move my 6 month old ghost up to fuzzies but im kinda iffy about it he is not that big... i think he is around 11 inches

I think Maize is a little over a foot long...I'm not sure on age...I'm guessing she must be in the 5 month old area..but I could be wrong..I have a scale being sent to me in the mail..so soon I will be able to weigh her and get a better idea of what she should be eatting..

oh cool
so she is about the same size/age as my baby Kade. I dident know to feed two pinkies so i have been feeding one like the petstore said so he is a little thin and just shy of a foot. So i guess ill feed two for a little while then switch over to one fuzzy a week.

Well she never regurged it and now she was in blue today so she is going to be shedding...I say she is pretty happy with getting fuzzies...It's already encouraging growth..yay :0) :grin01:
