I have tried to upload a few photos but I have tried to reduce the size and all I end up with is tiny useless photos , when I try to upload it keeps saying file too large is their a photo program that I can use to somehow keep them a good size and quality, I have used ifran view and tried to decrease the dpi, resize everything but am now just totally confused and pulling my hair out, I am new to snakes but have a couple of lovely babies and would really love to upload some decent pics, please help.. :confused:
 
What I did

was use PhotoDraw, save as a gif file and specify the resolution option to pretty small. The max this site will take is 640 x 480.

I spent at least an hour trying to figure it out, but finally asked a friend of mine for assistance.

I just use Paint to crop and shrink all my images and it works pretty well
saving the pic as a jpeg should probably reduce the file size
