Well I'm currently campaigning for a new camera, as my current one is a bit naff. So I was looking through my photos for some good ones in an attempt to convince my parents to allow me to get a better one. So I decided to post them all up here for you. All taken with 2.0 megapixel compact camera, no post processing whatsoever.

A picture I got mainly through lucky timing out of an upstairs window. Shame about the stable...

Quite possibly my favorite, the shot turned out well, and the calm atmosphere of the fishermen and level seas in the foreground nicely contrasted with the industrial town behind. Taken in Spain.

Awesome!! Can I go on vacation with you next time? Man, you've been some cool places!! You're right- I like the pic with the boats the best- it's just so perfect! I like the Spanish hillside a lot, too.

Tell your parents that cell phones have 2mp cameras now- the rest of the world is in the 6-10 or more range! And they are _so_ cheap! My 10mp was only $300.

I'm going for a 10.1 megapixel ultrazoom - 12 times optical zoom. Basicly a cross between a compact camera and an SLR. So I need lots of evidence that that £325 (about $670 I think) is well spent. :grin01:

Thanks very much. :) And it was all on the same cruise, stopped in Spain, Portugal, and a couple of the canary islands. Only proper holiday I've ever been on really, so I made the most of it. :)
