A Pair of Kenyans

Chickadee and Magpie came up for air earlier tonight and a bite of mouse each. I needed more pics of both girls for the website and while I managed to get a couple of nice ones - there's only one that I felt earned a spot on our site. So, I'll have to take more pics in a couple of days, but in the mean time here are the ones that came out half decent:

Oh, and Chickadee has applied for a yoga instructor position, but she is willing to become a personal trainer as well... :eek1:

Thanks! I just love their faces! And watching them eat is fascinating - their mouths don't quite move the same way as a corns and it seems that they are more muscular then the corns when it comes to constriction too. But that could be laziness on the part of our corns. lol

The faces are adorable! I find that most small snakes have the cutest faces, It's like puppies and kittens always have cuter faces than the full grown dogs and cats, haha.

How big will they get?

LOL... although I think snakes are more apt to keep their cute faces when they reach adulthood lol...

Sizes? Um.. the males get to be about 26-32 inches while the females can get up to 40 plus I believe... They stay fairly small compared to many other snakes.
