So this is what I was up too this weekend... :crazy02:
Some of my friends came up to surprise me, this weekend was a blast! Just had to share this picture... :) College fun in the summer... wooo hooo!

haha sweet i had a party with a slip and slide with the water that goes over like that but my friend crashed in to it and his car keys broke the side of it lol so we put soap on the thing to keep it going....never do it!! lol
 
Yeah soap... prob not a great idea! :) We had two that we put together eventually because it was too short and everyone couldn't stop and slid into the grass! My knees got pretty beat up!
 
Ohmigod...we didn't have a slip-n-slide growing up, but we had the step-cousin of it, the "Wet Banana" where it was a yellow strip of plastic with a banana sprinkler for the water...it was lame and I really didn't like throwing myself on the ground. But, wow...that photo is awesome. I think that I'd be more willing to throw myself on the ground for your slip-n-slide! Tons of fun, I imagine! :)
 
Thanks C! I was worried that it might hurt as I flew onto the ground - as you can see I was quite airbourne... a flying leap! But it wasn't too bad! :)
 
All i can think of, when I think of Slip N Slides, is the Dane Cook skit...

I had a slip and slide for my daughter a few years back, and I also had a small plastic slide, so we'd put the slide onto the end of the slip and slide for her. We threw some water on the slide before she'd go down, and she was in for the ride of her life. Needless to say, we were the most popular house on the street !
