I got a cornsnake which is about 2-3 weeks old and i was wondering how long until its large enough to eat adult mice?
 
No one here will be able to answer the question the way you want us too.
Did your parents know how long it was gonna take till you were fully grown?

Snakes are individuals just like people they all grow at different times, depends on their feeding schedule, your husbandry and their genetics.
 
If you want and estimate: about a year to get to small adult mouse size and 15-18 months for large adult mice.
