I just recently within the past few months got two corns, one a 15 inch snow, and the other is a 12 inch miami...both are males and i got them both from petco...the snows temperment is that of being rather adventurous, the miami is more relaxed and calm, he has his times where he will search around and stuff but if you hold him he will normaly be very relaxed and calm and just get comfortable in your fingers and sit there as where the coral will constantly move around...both have no health issues.
i work for a glass company and i recently made a 36x16x14 tank for the coral to move into when its done (this was before the miami)...i figure this tank is around 40 gal. in size...i have had them in the same tank for a while, i was sure to watch them for a while to make sure everything would go well with no problems...they act fine with one another and often will be found together within the tank...every now and one or the other will adventure out while the other sleeps. i have also tested them apart for one another and they still act the same as they do without one another...
im well aware of the risk and cons to keeping two together...one of my major worries is that when they get older that they will have issues with eachother...i was thinking maybe i could possibly make a divider inside of the tank to make it two 20 gal tanks...but i really dont want to do that...i dont have the materials to make another tank so im stuck with just this one, and im rather tight on money so droping 350+ on a new tank of = size...
i know there are more people on here with ALOT more experiance in this field than me...so in your oponion what should i do?
