Put the pinkie in a ziplock baggie. Immerse the baggie in a cup or bowl of hot water (tap hot, NOT tea kettle hot), using a spoon to hold it down if necessary. A single pinkie will generally take less than ten minutes to warm thoroughly.
Pretty much the same. I bought a box of cheap sandwich baggies 100ct from the dollar store.
Run the tap water to hot fill it up in a container. Take the frozen meecies in the baggie place them in the container, put the lid back on so it keeps the heat in. Wait untill squishy! The good thing about the plastic bag is if you're squimish you can poke and squeeze the prey to make sure they're defrosted without actually touching them.
I just throw it in a bowl of running hot water, being careful to keep an eye on the smaller mice so they don't cook. I blot them dry on a paper towel. For mice with fur, I rub them dry till their fur is fluffy.
No bags here. I use disposable plastic cups and either have a slow trickle of hot water or I just change the hot water 3-4 times. Blot dry with paper towel and serve. You dont even have to dry them though. I just prefer dry dead mice as opposed to wet ones.
