Silly Shedding Question...

I hope no one laughs because this is probably a stooooopid question...Can a hatchling shed too much or too often?

I keep good records, and my double het male "Oscar" so named because he is a grump...is in shed again. He last shed July 23 so roughly 2 weeks ago. I just bumped him from 2 pinkys every 4 days to a fuzzy every 4 days. He last ate on the weekend. I was doing pre-thaw checks to see what I needed and for whom. His sister Lilly, who is amel bloodred (looks like an amel to me) eats in shed or not. Oscar on the other hand will no part of food when in shed.

Maybe its not silly to ask but I know my yearlings all shed about every 4-6 weeks. Always been that way, until these two came along LOL.
Thanks for any comments.

Not a silly question! :) Hatchlings shed much more often then yearlings and adults - esp if they having been eating large meals often or if they are healing! I woudln't worry about it, he sounds fine! :)

The more they eat the faster they grow the more they shed :)
Personally I would bump him back to a every 5 day feeding scedule for the fuzzies.
