ok so i have a rabbit and it has to be cleaned allot and for beding i use Kaytee
Animal Planet Small Animal Aspen Bedding & Litter. but for my snakes i use Zoo Med’s new Aspen Snake Bedding.

there made from aspen but is it safe to use the Animal Planet Small Animal Aspen Bedding & Litter on my corn snakes. do you wanna know why?i just got a Brand new snake set up. now i can get 2 more! :crazy02:

but my snake shop is kinda far. unlike my target store where i get my rabbit's bedding. and its a little cheaper. so what can i use on the snake. other then newspaper i want something that looks nice. i know i cant use sand.

Yeah, if it's aspen then it's fine for your snake. Some of the cheaper brands can be pretty dusty, so I'd avoid those. But other than that it should be fine. I personally just use the kay-tee for my rabbit and sani-chips for my snakes.

OT, what kind of rabbit do you have? We have a Californian that we adopted from a rescue organization. She's a trouble maker, but a real sweetie, too!
 
i don't know what kind i saved him from a school over summer a few years back. one of the teachers locked the door and turned off the lights for the whole summer. till i found the room and got a key and took the rabbit,bird,gerbils and turtle.
 
I think it would be fine but double check that they dont add things to it like for making it smell better and that kind of thing.... pure aspen is great but sometimes for the small animals (because ppl complain about the smell of them so much) they scent the bedding and that isnt good for your snake... I dont use aspen... well, used to in my bird nesting boxes but thats it hehe :)
 
Ok thanks because i might get another corn and the only bedding i have is Animal Planet Small Animal Aspen Bedding & Litter.
