It's Jager time!
Miss Griet is my 06 phantom blood (hypo pewter). She shed recently-ish, perhaps 2 weeks ago. I forgot to get pictures then so here they are now. Her yellow just seems to accumulate more after each shed, I quite like it! Although I wish she would lose the pinky hue, I want my perfect silver snake asap! Can't complain about that diffusion though eh!

Shes finally been moved up to a decent prey size, something she can cope with (please no more regurges). I purchased her as a 14 gram yearling... I wasn't a happy bunneh :rolleyes: Shes 40 something now.

What a cutie! You're doing a great job with her. I think it's cool that you can see the difference between her silvery color drained sides and pink top. Her sides are so incredibly light! Here's hoping the rest of her catches up. :cheers:
 
14 grams as a yearling? WOW. You are doing a great job growing her up! Beautiful snake.

I got a lavender motley at the same time and she was only 10 grams... she had to be euthanised due to internal issues, so I am just so pleased Griet is doing ok. If I had known she was that size I would have never bought her.

I kinda like the pinky hue yellow mix! I think it suits her! She's getting to be beautiful honey. Keep up with those pics!
 
The yellow that charcoals develop is different from the AneryA yellow. I guess I would still prefer that it not show up, but it actually looks pretty good on this snake. I really like what it does to the "blush" on her cheeks. Pretty snake. :cheers:

I may be the only one to say it, but Phantoms kick lavender a**!! Now a Phantom Blood... I'm practically drooling over imagining Griet as an adult.

Anybody that knows me knows I am just batty about lavenders. I am desperate for a lav blood, but I don't want to pay £600 ($1000+) for one in the UK, so I settled for Miss Griet. For my first and only blood (atm), I think I chose well :p

I agree though, charcoals are just beautiful, and they work well in combinations. I can't wait to produce some phantom bloodred lavs in a few years :grin01:
