A picture to a letter? Are we talking a correspondence letter or an a/b/c etc letter? I'd like to help but I'm a tad confuzzled..:shrugs:
 
Although I suspect you just mean attach a picture to a post, I'm not entirely sure. Regardless, this should probably be posted in the "How do I..." sub-forum near the bottom of the main page and not in the General Chit-Chat.
 
When you are the page where you type a message or start a thread if you scroll down you witll see a box "mangage attachments". You will then go to a box where you can upload pictures, however they need to be reduced in size to 800x600 roughly. susna
 
Go to www.photobucket.com open an account. follow the instructions, upload your pics from your computer.... go to pic on photobucket, underneath are a number of codes the bottom code (img) left click it to copy it, go to post, right click. paste .. job done ... I think... I'm good at getting stuff like this wrong... I think I'm right... I hope LOL
