pfft, we wouldn't even have this problem if we'd just send everyone under the age of 16 to the moon.
But some unreasonable people just refuse to see the logic in it.

Maybe this is just me, but...
YOU ARE SKIING, YOU IDIOT. You will fall. You will collide with other people. You will get hurt. It's a freaking physical activity. You're 60. The kid was 7. You are trusted with a motor vehicle. He is not. To me, it stands to reason that YOU are the one responsible for preventing a collision.
And on that note, how is it that the guy required $75,000 worth of care, DIDN'T make an injury report at the time, and the kid didn't get hurt?
I'm a snowboarder, and people run into you all the time. People, as in, not small children. Maybe this guy should've checked with his doctor before hitting the slopes.
Why isn't he suing the ski run for allowing reckless behaviour? Isn't it their job to police the slopes? And heck, they have the money!!
Do it, Dale. I think that is a hilarious idea! If you post here saying you've done it, I will do it too. I won't bother unless you will, but it you will, I will, too.I PROPOSE THIS: You know how Reader's Digest has that address for "Send us an amusing anecdote, and we'll publish it!" dealio? You know how they also have a regular "That's Outrageous!" section of the magazine as well?
Well, they have an online form for submissions. I say we send this turd's employer a cut & paste of his very own story as an example of what "outrageous" d-baggery is.
