Another UTH problem....

It only covers 1/4 of my viv, It's pasted vertically and If I paste it the horizontal way it would leave unheated zones... this way heats completely 1/4, it's not good right?

If your UTH covers 1/4 of the viv... that's more than enough! Your snake needs a warm zone and a cool zone. Place a hide on each end of the viv so your snake can regulate its body temps. LOL

1/4 is ok? god that's great! I thought it had to be 1/3
They say 1/4 to 1/3, but what you have is fine. Just make sure that one hide is right over it, another on the far end, and some places to hang out in peace in between. I had a small one like that, but did it vertically and the mistake I made was misjudging where the thing was after I covered it in aspen, and the hide was too far off. The way you have it would have been smarter.

oh perfect because I had it the other way haha, yeah I placed a hide in there, I think the temp is regulating now with the zoo med rheostat =S I just have to wait to see
