well..I don't know exactly what you mean but all you ahve to do is after clicking "post reply" or "new thread" or whatever, go to the "attach file" section, then click "browse," find your picture file then submit your reply.
I think you're making it harder than it is.
 
You don't need to upload them to use this forum. Just save them to your computer in my documents or another folder and then click browse and select the picture. This software does all of the work.
