Corns, of any morph, do not need any form of UV light in order to synthesise vitamin D in their bodies, it is the same with humans.
However, in my opinion, the reason why using UV light with albinos could present a problem would be due to the lack of melanin. The lives of albinos in the wild are often short-lived for two reasons:
1) Their physical appearance is very conspicuous and therefore are often spotted and killed by predators.
2) Albinism presents major problems for the skin and the eyes. Since snakes can't put on sunscreen nor wear sunglasses or hats in the wild, this presents a major problem. However, I'm not sure how badly it affects them since they have more than one pigment, but I don't know if they protect from UV rays.
So basically, I wouldn't use a UV light. Because you'd be wasting your money and electricity on something that isn't required and could present a possible problem in the future.
All the best
