Irregularities in Eggs

Taceas

USW = UB313
Well it's been 9 days since the eggs were laid, and all are still alive and turgid. So I guess that's good.

My main concern is that a few of them, are bulging outwards where the "clearish patches" were on them. Is this normal for them to develop these lumps? :eek:

So far so good, no mold that I've seen. And all of the eggs are still has "heavy" as they were the day they were laid. Tempreture and humidity have been constant, 92% humidity and 82° F.

As for my double clutch post, since no one answered it and neither parties are interested in mating again this year, I will be breeding the motley to the snow next year.

The clear patches are called windows in the hobby. They sometimes harden and usually are not a problem. I wouldn't be concerned about them as long as the eggs are not getting moldy. Sorry I didn't see your double clutch post. I hope this is of some help.
