Grand Bubble Burster
So I took a little drive after work to check out a trout stream about 10mins from the house. I was so pissed after having a really crappy week that I just had to get out. Brought my camera with me thinking I could probably get some decent shots while I was out. Glad I did---it was a relaxing time, and I think I've got a lil spot to try tomorrow AM if the rain holds off long enough.

Btw Dean, this is Railroad Bk (Valley Falls Pond feeds it) right before the convergence with the Tank).

Excellent scouting session. Well, if you're going to go out, gimme a call about an hour before you take off. Those spots have "a look" about them for some decent stream fishing (not that I know what the heck I'm talking about)...

Here are a few more....

Of course DEP has no mention of Railroad Bk has being stocked, nor as a wild trout stream, but if the Tank is I see no reason why there won't be trout in here. I mean, they do dump 2,000 stockies a few hundred yards away in Valley Falls and 2,000 in Walkers which is where the Tank originates.

We'll see what happens with the rain. It's been pretty steady, but more than likely I'll give it a shot early AM to see what it looks like. If it's halfway decent I'll give ya a call. Remember, that portion of the Tank and it's tributaries in the Belding WMA are restricted to single barbless artificials....
