If I was to want to breed Ellie how would I know she was ready?
How would I go about finding a mate for her ? One that would be appropriate for her that is.

I have always loved snakes and Ellie is my frist. I would love to have more. Especially one of Ellie's babies. I had her when she was a little little babie. Plus I always had an intrest for breeding.
however I do not want to mess things up. I want to make sure I do it right and have all my info first.

Can you help me Get on the right track?

Thank You,

Ellie's proud Mom:)

Depends how big she is. Somewhere around three feet is usually considered the minimum size for a female to breed and they should be well fed and very healthy. If your snake is two years old then she might be the right size by November (when most people begin brumation) but obviously I don't know how big she is.

Finding a mate. You could advertise on local herp forums or buy an adult male corn.
