second feed - acting different.

Daddys Girl

1st time snake owner
So I fed Kanga for the 2nd time this evening. Again all went well, no problems.

He took the pinky really quickly and it was gone in no time at all. Much quicker than the 1st time.

The 1st time I fed him last week, he went straight into his warm hide when put back into viv, and stayed there till the following evening. But today he spent all of 15 mins in hide then came out and he seems really active.:shrugs:

Is this normal so soon after being fed? I fort he would be really quite so he could digest his food.

Does it just mean he feedl more at home here now?

it doesn't really mean anything. My corn reacts differently somedays after he feeds too.

Sometimes he will go and hide under his bark, and others he will climb everything in his vivarium. Somedays he will drink straight after a meal, others not til next day.
