Salazar's first trip outside!

Snake Dave

Schrödinger's cat
Hey everyone

I took Salazar out for the first time today, since it's sunny and relatively warm here. The only problem is that it's really windy, so I had to hang on to him for the most part :grin01:

I also couldn't give him the same freedom that I would have liked to, because my eldest cat, Smudge, was meowing around my ankles and following me, lol.

I thought I'd include an 'aerial' picture of my garden and the view from my bedroom window :) Oh and sorry about the quality of the pictures, my Mum was out so I had to do this myself, and when you've got Salazar speeding away into the bushes and 40mph winds battering you... well you get the point :grin01:

Thanks for looking!

David

It's warm where you are, Dave? It is absolutely FREEZING where I am. We've had hail and snow today. But I am on the coast I guess. :shrugs:

Anyway, cool shots!

Thanks Becks. Yeah, it was quite warm (the sun was shining down on my garden) at one point, when the wind wasn't blowing. I only had him out there for a few minutes. Then, about 2 hours later, we had snow :grin01:

Nice weather for some, we have had high winds, snow, rain and hail all today at least some one in the UK gets the nice weather. He looks really happy all those new smells.

Awesome landscape shots, Dave! Sometimes I struggle with getting good sky definition as well as also having the correct exposure for the land. In the photo lab you can just burn the sky in.. not quite so in the digital age. Or at least.. I don't have the software to do it well.

What kind of plant is that in the last picture? Is it a succulent?
