Weird Noises In My House

Nanci

Alien Lover
So last night I'm in the kitchen and I hear this strange buzzing, grinding noise. Well, I just got the new fridge- maybe it's making a noise. Nope- I trace it to my container of hornworms. It's them, chewing. It's just wrong that you can hear a caterpillar eating from across the room...

This morning I couldn't sleep past 5AM, even though I stayed up way late- 11:00. So I'm sitting here in my room, and hear a big thump out in the living room. I walk out there, Isabel hasn't moved, it's not Milly the pigeon. Hmmm. I go back to my room, and a few minutes later ((((BONG))))). I go back out there- look out the back door, walk around, (((((KONG)))))- it's Olivia the big toad jumping around in her huge Rubbermade house. She usually only makes noise when she wants to go to the feeding bin- so she's happily stalking superworms now for her Easter breakfast.

LOL, it's funny how small critters can make such noise. When my snails are munching on a nice bit of lettuce I can hear them from the next room. I actually once got up in the night wondering what on earth that noise was.
