Sunday Afternoon photoshoot

ArpeggioAngel

Around Here Somewhere....
So while I was feeding my juvies/adults today, I thought I would take out some of the babies for photos.
Managed to get a few babies out but then got sucked into taking out some of the adults too...

Aurora - '07 female normal het lavender ghost motley (produced by Joe last year) These photos do not do her justice. She is almost "miamish" with a more greyish background and her saddles are very burgundy. I also have a male sibling:

Julia - '07 female anery zig-zag. I also call her itty bitty as she is the tiniest corn I own currently. She was an impulse buy at a show last year. I love funky patterns and was looking for a male, but I just couldn't pass her up:

Valerie - '07 female anery stripe from Vinny at Serpentopia:

More to come.....

Yas - '07 male snow zigzag. Will hopefully be paired up with my anery and amel female zigzags in a few years:

Ballantine - '06 female bloodred. This girl is a horse - she eats anything anytime it is offered:

Not done yet.....

Wow, I need to move to Florida, so I can get my guys outside! Of course, I really need to find time to read the owner's manual for my "new" Rebel. I went for a walk around the town lake and down the road a bit, looking to get some good pictures of the creek's overflowing, but it was overcast and other than a flyby by some Canadian Geese, nothing turned out really exciting.

You, on the other hand, have some awesome snakes and you know how to take pictures... dang.... I like your "horse" best :D

This is Pele - she is an '06 Fire (amel bloodred) that technically belongs to Joe. She had some health issues for a while and we thought we were going to lose her. I made Joe give her to me to take over her care and she is thriving now although she is still small for her age:

Ramble - '06 male Granite (bloodred anery). Picked him up at Daytona last year as a future mate for Ballantine (the bloodred above) who I believe may be het for anery. He is not too keen on being handled still:

And last one for tonight is Sori - '06 female Amel zigzag. One of my favorites due to her totally mellow personality:

I know her head is out of focus in this shot - I was trying to get a full body shot to show off her pattern:

Hope you enjoyed! Thanks for looking! I will try to get some more next weekend!!

Fantastic photos as usual and some absolutely gorgeous snakes, they're all so nice I can't choose a favourite, but the Fire is stunning and I'm glad she's doing well for you :)

Best wishes,

That fire is absolutely AWESOME...I hope to produce some of those in a few years....nice photo-work

Oh no I can't pick a favorite! The pictures of Pele are fabulous, Ballentine is simply gorgeous and that anery zig zag is outstanding! Great group of snakes Katie.
