Operation sticky foots! (Cresties galore)

Tula_Montage

It's Jager time!
I had the rare oppertunity to play with and photograph some of the rarest and prettiest cresties in the UK today. These are all from a private collection, imported from Pangea and various other American breeders. Operation crestie was being run by my very good friend who was helping to find all these cresties new homes as the owner did not have time for such a large collection. She has pulled this off exceedingly well and today was almost the final part of the opperation, packing up for delivery to their new owners. It was absolute chaos... sticky feeted jumpy thingies hopping all over the place. One pounced on my face at one point. I had sooo much fun photographing and interacting with these incredibly cute geckos.

I'll start out with my friends own private collection. She has 7 or so adults.

Pootle the yellow (fires up orange) dalmation. Shes my favorite.

Many more to come!

I just cant describe how clear and perfect your photos are lol :bang:

Those are some stunning cresties!! You make them look even more beautiful!

These don't belong to my friend, but all have new homes. These guys knocked my socks off... I'm not 100% sure of most of the morphs. Most of these were not fired up so they are dull in comparison to their night time colours (which is crazy to think)

Creamsicle male. This guy stole my heart, apparently they are the most saught after crestie morph and I can see why.

You got the "licking the eyeball" shot! I keep trying to get one of my Banzai doing that - but no real luck yet.
Don't they have just the most amazing eyes. I love gecko eyes!

Outstanding photos again Elle. Wish you didn't live so far away so we could shoot together sometime!

I actually got about 10 licky eye ball shots. The secret is to skoosh them with water first ;)

Wow, just Wow!

They are the best photos of cresties I've ever seen, you captured their little faces perfectly!

They are even more adorable in person and so much fun to watch. I love the noises they make when they call to each other as well, did you get to hear any of them make their cute little noises Elle?

Thanks for sharing, those photos are a real treat :)

Okay I seriously want a crestie now...holy jeebzus! o_0 Maybe one day when I'm rich...:p

Real horrorshow pics you've got there, Tula! :dancer:

GREAT pics, Elle! My olive Harlequin is always leaping at my face. It's fairly alarming to say the least. :crazy02:

I am actually looking for a second crestie at the moment. They are too endearing.

Thanks Susie :) Lynn has a big ole grumpy olive dalmation that barks and growls but apart from that they were all nice and quiet :)

I need 10 aswell, but unfortunatley to fit something else in something would have to go and I am not willing to do that at the moment :(

I wish I could lick my own eyeball... It's the most adoreable thing I have ever seen.

Actually... I've heard eyeballs taste very bad. I paid my best friend a dollar to lick our other roommate's eyeball. Apparently it was rather nasty. :grin01:
