Would it be OK to feed my mice feeders and breeders some Collard Greens? These lettuce/ cabbage like plants are full of calcium and protein and I have an excess in my garden... TY for info. K
yeah, I dont really forsee a problem, esp. as long as you dont give any small animal iceburg lettuce.... its very high water content can give small animals diarrhea and actually dehydrate them.
I don't think it would either... One of the things I'm cautious about is how it would affect the snake if it was fed a feeder that was gut loaded with veggies. Anyone with experience with this? TY, K

Well, considering I bred rats as feeders and still do breed rabbits and ASF's as feeders, I haven't seen anything different or harmful with my feeders versus "store bought."
