Beth/starsevol asked me to photograph every hatchling from this clutch, so I'll oblige her in this thread. She purchased the mother of this clutch (Carmen, the caramel mot), so she's interested in what she produces. I'll update as the clutch hatches.

I'll start with the butter mot/stripe that I posted in the photo gallery:

This little girl is a more typically patterned mot, but with enough q-tipping to keep things interesting. She reminds me of her mother Carmen, a snake that I lost to Rupert in a hostile takeover bid (don't let it happen to you!). I've been toying with the idea of keeping a female caramel mot/stripe from the clutch to replace mom. When this girl popped female, I almost made up my mind. I even have a name picked out for her: Carminda.

Once they have names, keepers they are! Carminda :) It's strange but I like it.
She's lovely Deano, almost as beautiful as her mother.

Once they have names, keepers they are! That's a "rule" that I don't follow! The name could be re-assigned to a sister. There are many more to hatch in this clutch... ;)

Carminda :) It's strange but I like it.I know a Portuguese woman with the name. I'm not particularly fond of her, or the name, but it has "carm" in it.

Thanks Rupert. :) Here's a pic of Carmen at a few months old. You can see the resemblance. I'm also attaching a pic of Carmen and Jake. It's a "post-coitus" shot of them after one of the breeding sessions that produced this clutch. :)

Carmen's just amazing in all stages!
This month is going to go by......sooo........slowly.......

There is a huge resemblence between Carmen and her firstborn daughter!

I have wanted that girl since the first pic Dean posted of her. I STILL can't believe he's selling her to me! Very soon she will be at my house! I can't wait!!!! :)
The male I want to breed her to next year just weighed in at 63 grams.....not sure if he will be ready for next season or not....gggrrr

Trent hun, this is a very old thread. I HAVE this amazing caramel girl, and she is gravid. The male I wanted to breed her to died from a freak accident back in November.
