Taxidermy
everything under the sun.
c: yeah, so. the other day i went to petsmart to pick up a bag of begging, and some feeder fish for the tegu and monitor - every now and then i wander by the reptiles to see how they are being maintained. what i saw was an absolute shock. two leopard geckos were being housed with a "berber skink", both on aspen, and they also had gold fish in their water bowl, as well as wandering crickets in their enclosure.
well. this berber skink, was actually a sandfish skink. the poor guy was having a hard time burrowing, and one of his hands is horribly mauled. he's also missing multiple toes on all some of his feet.
i brought him home with me.
also, because i haven't taken any pictures of gia in awhile. (i was also gonna' take a few pics of alice, my columbian boa, but she's in blue.)
and lastly, my other monster. reeko, my argentine black and white tegu. he's not as tame as the monitor, but i'm working on it.
yeah... he's about to shed.
