I guess this is what the sunset looks like when the whole state is on fire. Things have cleared up some the last few days, I wish I had got a pic of the moon as well.
I can just imagine what it's like there - the smoke from those fires is all the way up here in Eugene OR, last few days have been hazy and I'm not even that close to the border. I hope they will get them under control soon!
We had that last year in Florida too when they had those big fires up north. I am a couple hundred miles away and it was smoky all the way down here by me - you could taste it in the air.
I cannot imagine what it would be like to be even closer to something like that. But it does provide for some pretty amazing sunsets!
