Anybody here from / familiar with Fremont?

I use to work a stones throw from the Fremont BART.

Anyway - my little brother and I will be taking BART/Bus to the San Jose show on the 9th.
Looking at the trip planning, it looks like if we leave the show at around 4 PM we can get back to Fremont BART at about dinner time.

There use to be a really good Mexican restaurant walking distance from BART - in a little plaza area that had a Petco (or was it Petsmart ??), Half Price Book, some teacher specific shop, etc. - there was a Subway in there too.

Anyone know which little plaza I'm talking about, and if that Mexican restaurant is still there?

It had really nice murals on the walls - etc.

Well - I would google it, but I don't recall the name of the restaurant.

Here's where it was:

I wish I remembered what it was called.
I don't live down there anymore.

there is the Fremont Hub shopping center, there was a resturant called Cafe Buena Sera (510-794-7382) I remember there being a Dennies in a small shopping center with a teacher supply place I think its at 5280 mowry ave 510-796-1818, maybe call them and ask whats in there shopping center. good luck maybe Ill see ya at the sj show

Interestingly - I never had Tequila there. Probably because I was only ever there for lunch.
I'm generally a beer guy anyway when it comes to Alcohol - rarely the hard stuff.

They did, however, get me hooked on Tamarindo Jarritos.
