Kokopelli
Resident Boa Fanatic
So... God knows how really, my GTP managed to escape her plastic.
Naturally, I couldn't just leave for work... I called in sick.
I knew she had to be in the room...
Now, people who know GTP's, especially Biak locality ones... they are fiesty...
I reckoned she would be hissy and pissy enough to frame herself.
Sadly I wasn't that lucky... after about 30 minutes in the small room I was getting frustrated and naturally- very sad. I love the little thing, though she is the epitome of a hateling(she does let me hold her... but I don't trust her around my face).
Buuut, as I was emptying my wardrobe, I hear a hiss and a coiled GTP hanging on my favourite jeans.
She gave me one hell of a fight, and for the first time ever, managed to tag me. Now... the tagging is my fault really, I trusted her too much. She stretched out from my hand upwards, so I figured she wanted to explore... suddenly she lunged at my forehead and bit me. Now it didn't hurt or anything, just goes to show that GTPs can be rather unpredictable...
It can be due to the fact that she is a yearling, at this stage they are suppose to be at the peak of their aggressiveness... and the fact that I can even handle her is no small miracle.
So this is how I started my day!
some pics for funsies(not from today but still fun)
And this is how she kind of looked prior to tagging me on the forehead... now honestly, with a face like this, would you have suspected the killer within?
Thanks for looking :santa:
