"Quality Before Quantity"
Hi Everyone,
While I was having a small outside photo shoot today I had the chance to get these three guys as they all just happened to shed. They are really starting to color up nicely. These guys trash their bins, knocking over the water bowls. They are starting to get some good size to them as well as they eat like little pigs....lol. Thanks for looking and I hope you like.

rootbeer.......... i am racking my brains but what is it a hybrid with? i know but can't think of it.

is it emoyi?

Rat snake if I recall correctly, the amel cross is the creamsicle, normal is rootbear. My question is, is there a cream soda?

unfortunately if i am correct in saying so cornsnakes also fall under the name rat snakes as do many other species/subspecies. so that does not really answer the question.

if i am talking rubbish then i apologise, but i don't think i am.

yep thats what i thought, and suggested in my first post but i just could'nt spell it.

sorry for taking over your thread jay.

These are a hybrid cross between a Cornsnake (Pantherophis Guttata) X Great Plains Rat Snake (Pantherophis emoryi or Elaphe emoryi). These were produced by Tim and Jenn of T&J's Corns. The designer morphs that can be produced by this type of hybridization could be.........

Rootbeer (Normal)
Creamsicle (Amel Rootbeer)
Cinnamon (Hypo Rootbeer)
I am not sure if there is an Anery version/phase of these hybrids.

Not a problem. ;)

Wow, those girls are looking gorgeous! I love that they are keeping the gray backgrounds. And 'Jenny' is looking more and more like momma, with that lovely overall orange glow to her saddles.

Don't know why Tim would have an attitude though. *snickers*

There is an Anery morph for the Rootbeers, don't know what they're called, but they are out there. There are also Buttercreams (Caramel and Creamcicle), and Snowcicles (Snow Creams) and I think someone out there has blood rootbeers but again, don't know what they are called.

Did you know, that all Corn x Emoryi crosses were originally called creamcicles? Including the normals or rootbeer phase? 'Rootbeer' as a name didn't develop until later oddly enough. At least that is what I've heard/read. Could be wrong.

Thank you so much for the updated pictures though! I'm glad these three are doing so well for you!

Man, they are looking good, freaking little eatting machines.. thanks Jay, I really appreciate the updates.. I am certain PJ adores them kids...

Regards... Tim of T and J
