Around Here Somewhere....
I am putting these here because I ended up with more non-corns than corns. I did much better with my control this year - only coming home with 6 total - although it wasn't easy. There were so many beautiful snakes and lizards that I would have loved to purchase!

Again - please excuse how bad these are - this camera issue is driving me nuts. Once they settle in a bit, I will take them outside to get some much needed better photos to share.

'08 female caramel motley from Susan - named Rhiannon - she is in deep blue right now:

'08 female pueblacorn (oh no...evul hibird!):

'08 female Thayeri from Suncoast Herpetological:

'07 male San Luis Potosi kingsnake - named Kodiak:

The other addition is an '08 male butter motley/stripe also from Susan. He is so tiny I didn't want to stress him out after the drive home even for just one photo...will try to get him with the others in a few days.

I love how Hibird's head is nearly all black. And Kodiak looks like he has one of those fancy bees on his head.

Nice....

Nice additions, Katie!

That pueblacorn ROCKS! (And nice to see you finally got the Potosi you've been jonesin' for!)

jazz

Thanks everyone! I was pretty pumped about all of them.
Had been dying to get a Mex Mex and a Thayeri for quite a while now but was extremely picky about what I wanted to get. These two fit the bill perfectly.

Oh...and everyone has names now so in a few days here when I can get them outside and get some real pics - I will include new names!

Very nice Katie. That's the 1st time I've heard of or seen a pueblacorn. When you texted me with that yesterday I thought your spelling was off. It's a beauty!

Thanks Danny. I saw them at a show in Tampa a few years ago and thought they looked interesting. This was the first time since that I have seen them and the breeder had quite a few - each one different than the next. The first one I checked out had really bad shed stuck all over and tried to eat me, but this girl was sweet as pie and had no shed issues. Can't wait to see how her colors develop.
