Hi all,

Sorry for the dumb question but I haven't order from them in a long while.
It seems that they don't have anybody to answer the phone and they ask you to leave a name and number with them and they will call you back to take your order. Is this something new??? Like I said ...It's been awhile.

Thanks to anyone to take the time to answer my question.

I just ordered a couple weeks ago and got Edna in person. It's Labor Day weekend, maybe they're on vacation?
 
They might also be swamped right now seeing as there are so many new hatchlings popping out every other day.

I've actually never spoken to Edna over the phone as I've always e-mailed my orders in and all of the responses have been timely.
 
I have left a message, spoken to her directly and e-mailed.
I have also called, gotten her but had her ask to call back.
In all cases she replied within a 24 hour period and was very professional and nice when I spoke with her.

Remember they are closed Sat and Sunday (and probably Monday this week)...so maybe send an e-mail/leave a voice mail if you haven't already done so...good luck!
 
I placed an order with Edna a couple of weeks ago, and I got right through to her. Their office hours are Central Time. They had to refresh their breeding stock some months ago, so they've had problems fulfilling orders on certain mouse sizes, but I haven't had a problem getting through to them. Could be a holiday weekend thing? :shrugs:
