ohhhh very pretty milk snake!!! Congrats!!! :0) My dream snake right now is either a GTP or a sunbeam snake...I want both equally :0) lol

I'm not sure that its a milksnake, but I think its a Scarlet King Snake. She's beautiful! I love the red face! Wow!

Great acquisition! Congrats!
Fred

It's a scarlet king. I've been trying to get one for several months now. Seems like NOBODY breeds them. I got lucky, this is a long term captive, over a year and has been eating well on f/t fuzzies in captivity, so I'm pretty stoked.

Yeah, from what I've been told they're so hard to get eating mice. I have a friend who had two... but they only at lizards... it took him forever to get them switched. I don't need that kind of stress! LOL.

I'm glad that you found him! Dreams can come true!

Yeah, i live in lizard land, if she did end up being like that, but the previous owner assured me she's been eating on f/t mice for a long time. We'll find out next week!

Sorry for the double but I did not see this post. A note to advice if I may- if the snake has undergone some sort of term in which he got used to mice- I advise you not to try giving it lizards... as it may revert to his lizardish preferences.
It is not unheard of that they would keep skipping meals until a better meals comes along.

Just my two cent's worth
