Rats or Mice

at the moment I have 2 adult corns, 1 yearling and 11 hatchlings, but I have now been given 2 ball pythons plus 4 eggs in the incubator and was wondering I am alright to just keep feeding and breeding mice for them all or will I need to start breeding rats for the pythons and if so are rats just as easy to breed as mice.

The ball pythons are currently being housed in a shared glass vivarium, we have built them both a new viv and just waiting for the glass doors to be finished then I can use their viv for either some more mice or I am deciding on getting a pair of rats.

Go the middle route, get African Softfurred rats...lol Great for fussy Ball pythons too! :)

oh ok well I think I might wait until the pythons go into their new viv then with their viv put a pair of rats in instead, they go out with the mice as well, unfortunately living in Spain the options for rats and mice is very poor and I am not sure if I can get ASFR so may just end up with a pair of normal.
