She's an albino candy cane, but she's not going to shed anytime soon, her eyes are still a bright red and her underneath is normal as always. But she is losing color. I think it might be because she is albino, but I am not sure. Can someone try to explain this to me?
Don't worry. The body starts to fade, then the eyes. After a while she'll look as if she's shed but she hasn't. After a day or so of being "clear" she'll finally shed. Nothing works the way you think it would. :dgrin:
Mine is dull for up to three days before her eyes catch up.
Thank you for replying, I thought it might be because she is losing pigment in her skin or something, I'm not positive. I'll post again to tell you if she sheds or not -shrug- nothing ever goes the way i want it

Well I just had a suprise! She's shedding! Omigosh! I went to check on her to take a pic, but I see her moving around really quickly and she's starting to shed! !
I'm gonna watch this, this is my first time ever seeing this.
I put her in warm water BEFORE she started to shed, I just wanted to make sure she isnt 'losing color' After i gave her said bath, i put her back in cage and started browsing these forums and finishing my math HW. I check back to see her squirming around trying franticly to get the old skin off
She is about past the head now. Funny thing is, her eyes never changed color, nor her belly. Just she just went kind of dull.
I'll make sure to try to post some pics when it is complete!
All the skin is off, nothing on the eyes or end of tail, clean deal, but the old skin was broken into two pieces :-(. Oh well, I'll try to put up pics as soon as i can.
