I'm with you. Check out my pics of Relena in the Chit-Chat... I was afraid to lose her in FAKE plants!!! LOL.

GREAT shots of a lovely snake! Congrats!!!

Lovely snake!
I'd like to take a pair of sunkissed too, 'cause here in Italy they aren't so much diffused. And it's interesting how this hypo combines with hypo A! :)
I hope that some foreign exposer, in the next Italian expo will have some sunkissed.
Congrats! ^__^

Wonderful pictures - he seems like he has a ton of personality, just look at the expressions in those pictures! The third one made me giggle, he looks so like "Hey, how'd I end up in this tree?"

Thanks, everyone.:)

I'm not scred of losing the snake, I'm scared of a hawk/owl getting an easy snack!!

I get more nervous if/when they are on the ground. At least, in a tree, I can retrieve a snake ~if~ it got out of easy reach. On the ground there may be an opportunity for a snake to dive into a hidden hole, some gap, or "who knows what" where the potential could exist of not being able to retrieve the snake. However, I always make sure that the snakes are within easy reach and,.... by being observant of the snake's behavior ("staying a step ahead") and surroundings, I've never had a single problem whenever taking photos outdoors (knocking on wood).
As for hawks, etc., nabbing your snake ... that is where being observant can help but, although it may be possible that they might try it, it is, also, more likely that hawks, etc., would rather look for easier prey than placing themselves ~right next to~ another predator (man) in order to get their meal.;)

I like the first pic in the second post.
" I can ssssseeeeee you "

He did/does look really cute there.:)
Almost added a caption (as a few came to mind) to that photo.

When you open his tub he is quite the tail rattler (such a bluffer because he always remains non-aggressive and never strikes nor poses to strike).
However, when he is taken out, he is a real sweetheart and, yes,... does have a neat personality.:)

Nice...maybe I do need a couple of those.
That's what I'm thinking...

I don't think you would be disappointed.:)
