MY Cornsnake is 14 inches in length I have a plastic tank around the same 14 inch by 12 inch, I have a new viv which 4 ft in length
1.5 ft in width, would I be able to but my corn snake into the new viv to give it more room, or should I just keep it in the smaller tank. any advice much apreciated.

ive had my corn in a 4ft long, by 2 feet deep by 2 feet high enclosure since i bought it as a hatchling and have had no probs.. the main thing is to make sure you give it plenty of hiding spots so it doesnt feel scared and make sure you feed it in a seperate container b/c the large tank can make it hard for it to find the food inside, though feeding it outside is recommended generally if you have substrate that it could swallow...

it took my corn about 3 weeks before it started to come out and climb around on the branches, but she still hides all day long cause the enclosure is on the floor and the cat loves to slam against the front doors

but ive never had a feeding porblem or any signs of stress from her from being in the large enclosure, in fact if i try to put her in a samll one she freaks out and spends all her time trying to get out.. shes never done that in her tank.. maybe she feels less "trapped" in the large one.. who knows
