Would you recommend this thermostat? The BAH-1000SC. Any problems with it?

I'm deciding between this or wiring up a ranco.
 
I had the prior model, and it worked fine. Actually, it is still running Lila's viv. I'd recommend a Herpstat over a Ranco. I have never heard of a Herpstat failure. Save $10 for the next year and buy one at the Thanksgiving sale!
 
I eventually want a herpstat but just can't afford one at the mo. I think I will invest in one next year if they do the sale again around thanksgiving.
