I think my amel. is starting to go through a shed cycle. His color appears to have dulled, but his eyes have not gone blue. Do amel's, because of their red eyes, go blue?
You might not notice it at first, because the change isn't always as obvious in amels, but you'll certainly see the eyes go cloudy, even if they don't change colour
yea they turn blue also u might of just missed the eyes being blue i sometimes miss my snakes eyes when he's blue but you can tell from the color and with amels the blue is much more clearer to see
That's exactly what my Amel looks like right now. She's very very dull and her eyes are cloudy. You can tell she's been through bad sheds before so we set up a moist hide for her and she won't come out of it right now! I'm hoping it helps this time.
Cyrus is an amel and he dulls and his eyes take on a bluish tint! I think it is rather noticable.....but I am uber paranoid and always checking Cyrus over for anything that is different or out of the ordinary.
