You'd think that, at 6 years old, Dojah would know how to eat a rat! I think he was just playing around a bit. He could've inhaled that thing in 2 minutes flat, but for some reason he was content to gnaw on the leg for a bit. Strange little boa...
 
That's an awesome pic! I wish I had thought to get a pic of our Ball when he sat with a mouse butt in his mouth for a good half hour. He eventually spat it out and got it down in minutes when he found the head but he really wanted that butt! He'd sit for a few minutes with it, constrict, sit, constrict, sit. It was starting to get a little worrying. But it was funny to see him so determined to do it "wrong"!
